Many people go through the stages of life and forget to take the time to reflect and take care of their mental health. We believe it is very important to make your mental health a priority. Your mind is connected to your physical and spiritual well-being, if one is unhealthy this affects the others. With the daily challenges of enduring a pandemic, dealing with social, and political issues, we are here to be advocates and partners in helping individuals better themselves and their mental health. There may be stigmas or taboos surrounding mental health in your communities, but we are here to say that YOU and your mental health matter.
We have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression symptoms. Additionally, we have worked with individuals that are having difficulties with adjustment throughout their lives. With clients, we aim to build a therapeutic relationship and assist with self-reflection for the development of skills needed for a healthy lifestyle.
